Got a fever of 99.3 and have a soar throat n a headache should i call my doc or take , my own medicine btw im 39 weeks 2days

You should always call your Dr and ask when he suggests. If not, call the hospital and ask to talk to a nurse. Where you are so close, the fever would concern me. If it gets to 101 for more than an hour, absolutely go to the ER. Hope you feel better
