sickness, what to do? 19 weeks along

Hey guys, I need help i am 21yrs old and 19weeks pregnant and im very high risk due to previous miscarriages... I am sick with a cold like flu and i dont wanna take any meds cuz of risks.. does anyone know any natural methods or edvice?? Plz help im miserable

Ask ur doctor if it's ok to take vitamin c that usually helps cut a cold short

Put vicks on your feet before bed and some socks.
Orange juice also helps.

Try tea with honey and lemon, cough drops as well and lots of water. Oh dont forget the chicken noodle soup
