side effect of prenatal

hi ladies, how u doing?? i was bit busy so i couldnt come in this forum for a month. well i m now 13 weeks pregnant.
i m suffering from many things. like bloating, headeache, tiredness. but constipation is in top of the list. when i miss prenantal vitamin then it is not that worst. But after taking prenatal ( take at neight) constipation get worst. i feel my stomach full al the time. i drink lot of water as much as i can eat fruit. In the neight  2 hrs after taking vitamin my stomach gets like ballon. it hurst!!!!!!!
its gas!!!!!!!!!! do u ladies have sideeffects like this?
but i take prenantals cos its necessary for my baby. this is my first pregnancy.

The prenatals can mess with your stomach. They used to make me throw up every time! I had to take them at night before bed.

My doc prescribed a prenatal vitamin for me that had a gentle stool softener in it.  It helped tons.  It helped counter-act the effects of the iron that the vitamin has.  Iron causes constipation and then add pregnancy on top of that......Might want to speak with your doc about that.

Im 16 wks 2 days and my prenatal vitamins do the same thing to me. My doctor told me that I could take something to make it easier to go. Just ask your doc if you can do the same it really helps.
