I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby and still sleep in my side/stomach. I still always get 'pains' in my lower abdomen, feel like proud pains and stretching. Its very normal.

I'm 36 weeks on Friday and I still sleep like a baby. So that is definitely okay. And I used to get pains. It was ligament growth. I think you're fine and that you need to just relax

Why do you think you are having a misscariage? Are you bleeding or hit your belly? Pain in the lower abdomen is normal at this stage, just your uterus growing. And not showing yet is normall too. When the belly grows it will get unconfortable to sleep in any position but for some that is week 18-20. Besides, the risk of a misscariage after week 12 is quite low.
