My son is 1week & 3days & his dad still have not seen him. I havent talked to him in about 2months. Why get someone pregnant & not be there. He was around at first & then just stop coming around. Anyone else going through something similar?

Meeee. Guys never grow up. There not faced with the same responsibility as girls are. There for they never grow up. It *****. But you be independent, and show hik what hes missing. Dont let him mess with your son. He doesnt have the connection, and doesnt spund deserving to be a father. The father of my child hasnt been here since i told him i was pregnant. But my baby has everything he needs! Without the help of a guy. I believe in you!(:

Sex does lead to consequences, but that does not mean a guy who wants some nookie is thinking rationally about that fact.  The saying is "When a guy has sex on his mind, all his brains go to the head of his - - - -."  You and I can say everything we want about how he should have been knowing better.  But what he was doubtless actually doing was pressuring his girlfriend not to bug him to wear a condom (so it would be more fun for him).  Horny guys don't stop and think, "Well, if she gets pregnant I will be there for her."  If they did, they would no longer feel so horny.  She gets left with the consequences and he thinks he can just walk off.  I like lawyers, they know how to go for child support.

Sex lead to consequences. He knew better. But I agree with the first lady, it's his loss not yours. Babies are blessings and it's so wonderful to watch them grow. You can't turn a boy into a man he has to do that. Don't stress much although it could be difficult.

That's such a shame that anyone would do that! Hold your head high, take care of your son, and give him the best life that you can. Sometimes men or shall I say lil boys don't know how to step up and be a parent when its time. Shame on him but he's the one missing out!

Regarding your question "why get someone pregnant and not be there," -- he wasn't trying to get you pregnant, he was trying to have sex.

I haven't personally. But I have alot of family and friends that have. Your baby is the most beautiful gift ever at.this point its his loss.  Enjoy every moment with him and remember hes the one missing out you have the most precious gift ever to yourself. He's a loser
