My mom did it through out six pregnancies an we're all fine lol but if your concerned run it by your doc the nxt time you go because you'll get alot of yes an no's on here
Im 30 wks as well and my doctor said if im comfortable that way go for it! I usually keep a leg hiked up tho because flat on my tummy isn't comfortable.
My friend is a midwife and tummy is bad, but so is back sleeping. Tummy sleeping can crush the baby, and back sleeping is the leading cause of still born deaths as the baby squashes the main blood supply to itself. So sleeping on the left or right sides are the best :)
I posted something similar and was told it was okay that it wouldn't harm the baby just not to lay on back because it is bad for bloos flow and dangerous for baby
u shouldnt sleep on your stomach when your that far along not good for the baby
