working Grr!!! vent

Ok so im 31w4d and im stuck working 10am-9pm and it suxs!!! Im a waitress so being out by 9 is not a grantee. Its only been 5hrs and my back and feet are already killing me and my little girl has her foot jammed in my ribs. Im on a break now but 30mins for 11+hrs just doesn't seem long enough. For the most part i work with just guys so the have no clue what im going thru. I had this same shift last Sunday and by the time i got out i was in tears i hurt so bad. I can't go home early bc we r short staffed and there would be no one to cover me. I just wanna scream! Who else has worked long shifts while pg? Is there anything i can do so that i hurt a little less. Im the only waitress all day/night so its gonna be hard to find time to sit down. My boss keeps schedulinge these long shifts and im not sure if i should tell him i can't handle them anymore or just sux it up and deal with it... Ok vent over lol

I feel your pain I work 12hour shifts in a nursing home. By law u should get your lunch break but also get 2 15 min. breaks around your lunch break. you can also ask your ob  for a note saying u need shorter shifts. Good luck hang In there.
