so tired!

Not really a question just more of a vent- im 30 wks pregnant and im EXHAUSTED!! i can't sleep very well at night im super uncomfortable and i have a 1.5 yr old whos up between 6-7am and a 6 yr old i have to get ready for school. My son barely naps. He fights his naps all day and than passes out in the car if i have any errands to run or when i have to pick up my daughter for school. My body is so weak i can only lay everywhere. I have zero energy. My hubby works so much there's no chance for him to watch the kids so i can sleep!  Im praying i get some energy because im totally miserable! !!

firstly, if your not on a pre-natal get on one now, secondly get the doctor to check on your iron levels, as if they're low they can cause extreme tiredness, thirdly, get your son to lie down with you in your bed when its around nap time, and read him a story, it can be a special time for the two of you, make sure you put everything out of reach (incase you fall asleep), cuddle him, tickle his back etc, just do what ever it takes for the both of you to be able to have a nap, I do this and then when baby comes continue this, it can help with the bonding with your son and baby as well, many a time has my husband come home to dfind the 3 or us curled around each other asleep on the bed, you just have to do what you can to get a nap :) also at night if your having trouble dropping off, the old fashioned things I find still work a treat, like having a warm bath before bed, a warm cup of hot chocolate (made with milk), a boring book and I slao have a chamomile and spearment herbal tea each night before I go to bed as well...
