soda..

My first trimester and the first half of my 2nd trimester i wasnt able to keep soda down and i love my soda, so during the 2nd half of my 2nd trimester i was able to start drinking soda again up until about a week and a half ago. now its like its not appeling to me at all. i usually have 2 a day now if i even have a sip of one i feel like crap the rest of the day, so now im thinking just cause i dont want to end up cutting out completely and end up having really bad withdrawls im going to have one can a week. i found some water flavorings to put in my water that have caffiene to replace the soda that my doctor said is fine to drink cause im still getting my water. anyways sorry its so long.

I think im about there lol. im gonna quit drinking soda. i want to lose weight after my baby is born.

Goodness, I haven't had any kind of soda in almost 4 years! I lost all taste for it for some reason...

I dont like cranberry juice i think it taste funny, gatorade and powerade are ok but make my mouth dry ans for the coffee it just goes straight through my system. lol... soda as well gives me heartburn. i was really bad at drinking it before i go to bed so i always woke up in the middle of the night with really bad heartburn but if i didnt drink one before bed i wouldnt have heartburn.

Soda is the only thing that gives me heart burn && i love soda its aweful. but I've switched to gatorade. I've also find myself drinking cranberry-cherry juice, for some reason it does the trick i haven't craved soda unless someone has one and its my favorite kind {sunkist} lol when i need a quick fix of caffine i drink a small cup of iced coffee and i hate coffee normally cud it gives me the jitters but in small amounts it helps with my cafine withdrawls.
