Help.!! I have really bad boobs pain. It won't go away its my second time breastfeeding. Omg it hurts. What can I do to take the swollen away.?!
after i had my first baby, i didn't breastfeed but still leaked for about 2 months.. i read somewhere or heard somewhere, that if you put cabbage leaves in the fridge, then put them inside your bra, because they are nice and cool/cold they help the pain... the cabbage helped me :)
A hot shower will ease the swelling. I'm only pregnant right now but my boobs have been so swollen and sore I cry. The only thing that helps is a hot shower. I come out feeling soooo much better.
