sore breasts
i am pregnant just about a month with my first and my breasts feel extremely sore. Is it normal to get maternity bras so early? will that help the pain? if not, what will?
Mine hurt so bad last night i wanted to cry. I already have to sleep with a pillow under me. I'm 8 weeks tomorrow.
Sports bras definitely, supportive but not too tight (which means you may already have to go up a size from your normal). Nothing will really help the soreness but the support helps keep them contained at least. It'll pass, it got better for me in the second trimester.
