Yes your muscles are taking more weight with a different center of gravity. . Try shoes or runners with good support and resting with legs elevated.

Omg I asked this same question an no one, absolutely no one answer my question! I have around 4 stairs in my house and I used them around more than 20 times, going out and since yesterday my whole body aches! Thought I was alone feeling like this! I'm 23+5!!
