oh yeah i've always read some balanced diet. sometimes popping some cheese when i like with some fruits. i also lessen to eat too much at this time
If you take prenatle vitamens everyday you will be covered. Most of them have 100% of the daily requirements for vitamns such as vitamin d and calcium that are in milk.
As long as you have a balanced diet and meet your calcium in other healthy ways, yoghurt cheese etc, you should be right. I've heard almond milk is high in calcium if its just cows milk you don't like.
