sore throat

I'm 30wks 1 day and so far this pregnancy has been good to me...however this morning I've woken up feeling like I've swallowed a dozen razor blades in my sleep. My throat is so ridiculously sore has this happened to anyone else and what remedies may help to soothe it.

Im 30 weeks and a day also i feel burning sensation in my throat i usually drink milk to help me out. Doctor say it comes from spicy foods.
