sore throat

Okay ladies what can I do about a sore throat. I'm Scared to take any kind of meds.

Gargle some warm salt water. It makes me gag but it helps if there's an infection. Orange juice also helps tremendously. You could always call your doctor office and speak to a nurse. You can take alot of stuff while you're prego. There's a whole list of goodies lol. Good luck! Hope you feel better soon!

Oh goodness I don't want it to be that. Its weird because last night I was fine this morning when I woke up it was sore and I couldn't breath through my nose.

If you think it might be strep throat, go to the hospital. Strep throat can harm your baby so you'll need meds for it. But if you think its just something small , then drink some.green tea and suck on halls. :)

I mix lime juice and a lil honey and heat it up and sip it...always works for me

Yea I was going to say caffeine free tea with honey

My dr said halls cough drops were safe. U can also try hot caffeine free tea
