sore throat

Does anybody have any suggestions for a sore throat? I know I can't take any medicine so just wondering?

2 tbsp honey 1-2 tsp lemon juice half a cup water. Warm it up to the temp you desire. Its what helped me more then anything getting over the recent cold I had

Mix honey lemon and ginger in a jar then put a table spoon in hot water

Also if it is caused by your nose being stuffy use saline soray a couple times a day so your not breathing in through your mouth and drying it out.

I use throat lozenges. Like halls. If you have a cold you can take robitussin DM or Sudafed 60mg every 4 hrs.

Ask your doctor,  I had the same problem after a congestion and was up coughing all night, she said it's safe for me to use sudafed or robitussim.

Gurgling warm salt water (not from the ocean). hot tea with honey (just don't burn your mouth).  Pretty much anything warm, maybe take a warm shower and let the water hit your throat.

Cloreseptic spray. Works wonders and I like the taste of it. I used the green kind
