My ankles are swelling and I have been having Charlie horses! Why is this happening?
Possibly ask your doc about compression socks. I didn't even ask about them, I just stated that my feet were really swollen and got prescribed to wear them.
I drink water but I absolutely hate bananas!! Think it is because I have very low iron levels (5 to 4) range.
Drink more water. Get lots of potassium. And just understand that is one thing that happens. My legs and feet swell really bad with pregnancy.
Okay, thanks I will! Going to get my boyfriend to massage them! I always drink water and put my feet up! My bed moves up and down like a hospital bed so I am able to put them up.
