I am SO sorry for your loss. Went through 2 MC myself and it doesn't get easier. Last one was in November 2012 when I lost my baby at 12 weeks. I started to bleed, did an US and then saw our baby's last heartbeat. Thinking of you! xx

aw honey im so sorry you lost your little angel. There's not much at the moment that will help you feel better but please know that although it will always hurt it gets easier. Try again when you feel ready. Physically and emotionally. Being pregnant again is the only thing thats really helped me. And i know its hard but dont blame yourself. Most women who go through this blame themselves for not being able to keep they're baby safe. But its not down to you. As gutting as it is, 1st pregnancies are lost too often. Again i am so sorry. Look after yourself and take some time off work to grieve. Xxxxxxxx

Hi. On the 29th I had spotting and stomach and back cramps. I got straight intouch with the midwife because I'm just a worrier. She sent me to the hospital as I was down as threatening miscarriage, I had a scan and all was fine, the doctor + midwife said it's normal to spot and cramp in pregnancy especially in early pregnancy.

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I spotted all the way up until about a week ago. They told me I had a blot clot aka hemorrhage that was left over from implantation of the egg...so it may be something like that.and my bleeding was very heavy. So go to the doctor and the emergency room.it helps

64bpm is waaayyy too slow for a new heart beat. I am due in 12 days and babies heart beat is always around 130-140. And the newer the fetus the faster it is. Hopefully now the bleeding has slowed that means it was just a freak thing. Goodluck

If its meant to be its meant to be. Nothing will stop a mc. It's nature's way of saying something's wrong. I had a mc last Feb at 7 week. Spotted for about 5 days before it got worse. It's hard but a part of life. I look at it like my body did what its meant to do. It wasn't right so my body told me. Stay positive. U have thousands of eggs. Ps....I'm 17 and half weeks pregnant now. Things always happen for a reason. Stay strong hunny

I think you are further than 4 Weeks. Heartbeat doesn't typically sound until around week 6. I am on my third MC. Did not even spot with second one lost at 9  Weeks. Ended up having two d&c for that one.
First went naturally at 8 week, basically cramped, then went from spotting to a full AF in two days and bled until my system was clear.
This last one I am still clearing, Lost at 5 Weeks. Started spotting and my hcg was cycling but not going up, so had d&c this morning.

I would be concerned, but MC is very common. Not easy by any means, but it doesn't mean you will not have a healthy baby soon.

aw I really hope everything turns out ok. I know exactly how your feeling and its so scary. I lost mine at 11 weeks and im now 10 weeks along with this one so im pretty worried now.    another tip for you is not to have your baths too hot, years ago women who didnt want there babies used to have super hot baths to try and cause a miscarriage on purpose! Dont do anything to stenuous either, no lifting or stretching.  I would definately agree that the heart beat is a posetive sign though. Ill keep my fingers crossed for you x

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would watch you carefully.  Cramping and bleeding is a worriesome combination.  I would probably check an HCG level a progesterone level and an ultrasound if the hcg is greater thatn 1000.
That information should be pretty helpful in determining whether you are having a miscarriage.  If you start bleeding heavily, you should definitely contact your doctor OR go to the emergency room.
Good luck!

Hey, i had a miscarriage in april last year. Mine started with spotting but within 1 day i was really heavy. You need to rest and keep your feet elevated to try and help stop it. I dont want to frighten you. This could be completely normal. Some people have proper periods during pregnancy. Or there is such a thing as a threatened miscarriage where your baby is saying "mummy, i need you to slow down and rest" . To put your mind at rest though i'd phone the hospital and explain. They may be able to do an early scan (internally) just to make sure all is still ok. I know this is hard but try not to worry yourself too much. Stress doesnt help baby. My doctors told me that if the bleeding is so heavy it soaks more than 1 pad an hour its probably a miscarraige so the spotting could be totally fine.... Sorry to make this so long. I just want to cover everything i can for you. When i was worried i struggled to get proper answers to my questions. If you'd like me to answer any questions just post and i will. I really hope you and your baby will be ok hunni. Try and relax and keep those feet up xxx
