aw I really hope everything turns out ok. I know exactly how your feeling and its so scary. I lost mine at 11 weeks and im now 10 weeks along with this one so im pretty worried now.    another tip for you is not to have your baths too hot, years ago women who didnt want there babies used to have super hot baths to try and cause a miscarriage on purpose! Dont do anything to stenuous either, no lifting or stretching.  I would definately agree that the heart beat is a posetive sign though. Ill keep my fingers crossed for you x

I went to the hospital and the test result said my hcg was 2951.6 and the baby's heart beat was 64 bpm the doctor said most likely was a miscarriage he was so rude  he said it as if it was a joke with a smurk in his face but my boyfriend and I still believe their is hope as long as the baby has a heart beat

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would watch you carefully.  Cramping and bleeding is a worriesome combination.  I would probably check an HCG level a progesterone level and an ultrasound if the hcg is greater thatn 1000.
That information should be pretty helpful in determining whether you are having a miscarriage.  If you start bleeding heavily, you should definitely contact your doctor OR go to the emergency room.
Good luck!

Hey, i had a miscarriage in april last year. Mine started with spotting but within 1 day i was really heavy. You need to rest and keep your feet elevated to try and help stop it. I dont want to frighten you. This could be completely normal. Some people have proper periods during pregnancy. Or there is such a thing as a threatened miscarriage where your baby is saying "mummy, i need you to slow down and rest" . To put your mind at rest though i'd phone the hospital and explain. They may be able to do an early scan (internally) just to make sure all is still ok. I know this is hard but try not to worry yourself too much. Stress doesnt help baby. My doctors told me that if the bleeding is so heavy it soaks more than 1 pad an hour its probably a miscarraige so the spotting could be totally fine.... Sorry to make this so long. I just want to cover everything i can for you. When i was worried i struggled to get proper answers to my questions. If you'd like me to answer any questions just post and i will. I really hope you and your baby will be ok hunni. Try and relax and keep those feet up xxx
