I have this stabbing pain. In my vag. What do you ladies think it is I'm 36+3 weeks and he already started to drop

Its just baby's head pushing down it does not dialate you sadly lol :)

No it doesn't...if it did I would be dialated by now lol I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow and still not dialated or effaced and I've been having "lightning crotch" since the end of my second trimester

Does it help thin you out or dilate I'm ready for this pregnancy to be over I'm in so much pain

It's "lighting crotch" lol baby is hitting your cervix or a nerve...it freaking hurts like the dickens Ive had this happen since the end of my second trimester. Definitely not any fun
