one one told me to try star jumps to bring on labour as I am in early labour and last week was 2 cm dilated... Has anyone tried this or knows if this works?

Lightly bouncing maybe, I wouldn't go full on work out status lol :P

I've heard pineapple works, not sure how true that is.

I did that lightly though, that and a combination of light jogging, squats, bouncing on my ball and dancing for an hour. And then later being intimate with my husband. I was 39 weeks and my water broke and hour after having sex which was then 12 30am so I was then 39+1 and I had my at 8 20am the same day! :) Good luck!
Also I drank milk with half a tea spoon of turmeric powder, sugar for taste and a tablespoon of butter. Doesn't sound nice but it was nice. Had that over a course of a month and it's supposed to help your body slide the baby out. Old asain recipe which my nan and now I swear by. It did make it easier

I don't think that's a good idea. I would rather suggest you try pregnancy yoga.

You jump up and down while putting your arms up diagonal and your legs out... In the shape of a star :) then bring them back in when you jump back
