staying positive

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and couldn't be more excited and happy. However, I've already experienced one miscarriage, and fear and doubts have been creeping in about having another.  I know stressing about this doesn't do any good, but its so hard not to. Anyone have any words of wisdom, they'd greatly be appreciated.

I have miscarried twice this year and remember as well how hard it was on not just me but my husband. I got my first positive pregnancy test yesterday so im earrrly (3 weeks and possibly 2 days) and that can be scary due to miscarrying before. But remember that a positive attitude is healthier for the baby and yourself. Take a deep breath and take each day at a time.. Thats what I plan on doing. So keep up the positivity! My friend miscarried 5 times and  has 3 healthy children now. There is always hope!~
