still pregnant or miscarriage?

I will tell you my story and hope someone has had the same as me, here goes, I found out I was pregnant on the 22 June.  On the 27 June a took an infection ans strted having really bad pains and some bleeding i then got really worried and called the doc and got an early scan on the 4 July to found out what was what, I got a ultrasound and the lady said a cant see any signs of a pregnancy, I then got an internal ultrasund and again no sign, I then had to give a sample of my urine jsut to check i was really pregnant and it came back positive, I then seen adoc and he says I may have had a miscarrage this really upset me I then had to give blood and phone for the results my results came back 6.9 which were low I then had to go back yeterday to give more and it has only went dowen to 4 I have to go back tommorrow and give more blood to see what is what, the nurse did ask me if I had my dates right my last period was on the 17 May, on the 9th June after sex I wiped pink mucas and spotted on and off until the 14 June when I was jue my period I bleed for 2 days then spotted again on and off until the 22 June when I found out as I took the test as out of curiosity as I convinced myself I had an ilness and to rule it out.  I also noticed a little tissue coming away from me on Sunday which I told the doc and he said it could well have been it coming away I am really confused by everything.

  I have been on the Seasonique birth control pill (which you have periods every 3 months) for awhile. I cannot even begin to tell you how long. I had my last period @ May 11th. My husband and I got married in Jamaica on June 9th & decided to stop taking my pill to try to concieve on June 10th. I took a pregnancy test around 3 1/2 weeks ago & it came back negative. I waited until this past weekend & decided to take another. Saturday the test came back positive. Sunday I went to the bathroom & had a stool and noticed that there was blood no matter which way I wiped. The blood was very thin, not even realy red, almost a bright pinkish red color. At the time and evem before I have been discharging. It will go from a tanish white color and now it has turned brown. I called my doctor first thing Monday morning & we did blood work. Tuesday I recieved a call from her with the results saying that I am for sure pregnant but I am  really really early. At most maybe 2 weeks. She said that she is really worried about my Progesterone level which was a 5.6. Right then she called me in Prometrium 1 aday at night & instructed me to continue taking my prenatles. I am still discharging pretty bad with the brownish color & they have told me that brown is good because it might be just old blood. This morning when I wiped again, just peed, there was a little blood again. Not real thick, very thin, but scary. I am trying so hard to stay calm and not get to worked up. All of my symptoms are still here, sore breast, tiredness, irriatiability, etc. Is it possible that I am earlier than 2 weeks that is why my numbers are comming back so low?Is there anything that I can do naturally to help my numbers. I know that if the baby is going to misscarry then there is nothing I can do. This is all just scary because I did not have to go through this with my first one. Everything went completly normal with him. Any answers or help would be greatly appreciated.

The first day of my last period was May 31st.  According to Clear Blue Easy monitor I ovulated on Day 17 this month.  I performed a home test about 3 wks ago and it was positive.  I called my doctor and he wanted to wait until week 6 to see me.  My husband and I went in yesterday and the ultrasound only showed an empty yolk sac and a cyst on one ovary and another large cyst on the other side of my uterus.  (I miscarried last November at 8 wks with my first pregnancy and had a D&C so this was my second pregnancy). The doctor had me take a blood test yesterday.  I come back on Monday and another blood test will be done.  My doctor said he'll call me Monday night to see where my levels are.  He also has scheduled a more accurate ultra sound for next Fri.  He told me that the pregnancy is up in the air right now.  He had hoped he would have seen something with the sac.  He said perhaps I am not as far as long as we had thought.  I'm obviously frustrated as this appears to be my second miscarriage.  I also have confidence with Clear Blue Easy is accurate so is it possible that there is just slow development or is it truly what a fear and another miscarriage?  Has anyone experienced the same thing?  Any advice?
