stomach pains

Hi, I'm due August 15th with my second child and during my first pregnancy I never had this problem so I'm a little worried. Last night I woke up because I was having really bad stomach pains and it lasted about 20mins and I passed back out. Now that I'm awake I am feeling very nauseous, should I call my doctor and be so worried?  Thank you.

I'm due August 14th with my second baby :-)  I haven't experienced that but I have definitely had different complications with this baby than my first I would call your doctor and voice your concern if not for anything but your well being and reassurance

Maybe your gallbladder? My gallbladder gave me all kinds trouble with my second pregnancy and I just thought it was really bad gas. I always felt weak and nauseous after an attack.
