strange bumps on vulva

I'm about five months pregnant, and am being treated for a yeast infection. A couple days ago I got a cauliflower like bump ans a couple of skin grafts around my vulva. It's not any yup of std/sti, but I was wondering if any other woman is experiencing them? I'm not sure if it has something to do with my infection, it doesn't hurt at all and I can't feel it. I just can't get ahold of my doctor and wanted to make sure it was nothing to worry about.

They could just be skin tags. Very common during pregnancy. They think that their cause by the elevation in hormones... I highly doubt it has anything to do with the yeast infection.
