strange discharge and urine color?

i am nearly 13 wks, today i had just one incident of of a white discharge(on time as in not all day, just one time it was in panties and never before/after), and my urine was a lime green? a website that shows urine colors by association of problems, says it's an excess of vitamin b...can that be from my  prenatal vitamins?

i know that the white discharge is very normal throught pregnancy but as far as the urine goes you might need to just ask you family doctor good luck girlie =)
