Thanks for the ideas... I get too hot in baths tho. But going for a walk sounds like a good idea if I have music- bc otherwise id just be alone with my thoughts lol
Go into a quiet room or go take a bath and just close your eyes, try forget about everything and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, it calms me down
Take a bath with some candles and put on relaxing music. Or go for walks around sunset.
Try going for a walk or put on some headphones. Im having to do the same because of my family
