stretching pain

So I am 22, my first pregnancy. I find that I'm having alot of pain these last few weeks. It seems mostly when baby is active. But when I move around to much my whole tummy gets tense and sore. Is this normal.

You skin doesn't grow with the baby, that said you may feel a bit sore. Tense is a different story, it depends on how you mean tense. Like a sore muscle tense or no? Contractions can cause a tense feeling. Tell your obgyn the next time you see him/her and they can tell you if this is normal.

How far along are you? I experienced the pain you're referring to and it's called ligament pain but if your stomach is getting tight like you can feel it tightening then that is most likely a contraction. Braxton Hicks are very common even at as early as the 20 and on weeks. I am 37+6 so I now get real contractions but you would know if it was a "real" contraction because it would come with tightening of the stomach and a lot more pain.than just your ligaments stretching. If you're worried definitely talk to ur Dr! Hope ths helps!!
