Ive been craving subway for the past few weeks, is it safe to eat subway if youre 8weeks along? First pregnancy so I'm trying to be safe then sorry.
If you are really worried about it, get your sandwich toasted and that should cook out all of the things that make cold cuts bad for pregnancy
I've been eating a lot of jersey Mikes which to me is better than subway but pretty much the same thing. I eat the sandwiches cold. My doctor said it really wasn't that big of a concern but a lot of people will argue it for many reasons. Third baby though and all healthy
I have been the exact same i get it most days , its a healthy option and eating the toasted bread is good for sickness :) x
