I'm 9 weeks 4 days and Im the same. I'm still just tired here and there but that's it. Its completely normal. I have been pretty lucky though cause I've had no morning sickness lol but don't worry.  At about 10 weeks most symptoms subside and yeah you will feel as if your not even pregnant.

I had the "not pregnant" feeling a lot. I'm 39 weeks and I had it almost all last week. It's a scary feeling, but some women experience more than others. No matter what, if you ever have any concerns always call your doctor. Stressing is never good for you or your baby.

Also, your placenta maybe taking over which can ease some of the symptoms. And like trying43 said...symptoms come and go.

I think I'm going to tomorrow. It's weird because last night at 4 am in the morning I woke up feeling really sick but it went away and today I just feel totally normal

If you are concerned, I would suggest calling your doctor, but generally, morning sickness peaks about 10-12 weeks, then subsides. I do remember being totally freaked out with my first since at 14 weeks to the day, I woke up and felt completely normal!

Well some women begin to not feel as nauseated and their breasts begin to not feel as sore as they come to the close of the first trimester. What symptoms are u referencing?
