symptoms for miscarriage

Months ago I had a still boren and now I'm pregnant again, I'm very paranoid about this pregnancy and my symptoms are different I have back aces a lot and lower stomack discomfort I'm 6 weeks and I just want to know if this is normal or if I should be concerned please help?

Yes, it's very different but some of the people that I've told consider it the same which it doesn't really bother me. I was 8 months when it happened and I had a natural birth.

With a recent miscarriage I would rest, with NO lifting and minimal movements until you see a doctor.  When I was first pregnant I have a lot of back pain and abdominal pain.  My doctor said it can be normal because my body knew what it was doing with the uterus stretching and stuff like that. Just take it easy and best of luck and lots of prayer
