talking to your boss

Hi ladies, at what point of your pregnancy did you tell your boss you are/were pregnant? This is my first pregnancy and I just don't know what the appropriate/expected way of doing things is. Thanks :) also at what point did you tell family? Xx

My job has a lot of box lifting, going up and down stairs constantly, and of course standing all day so I actually told my boss once I found out by doctors I was pregnant.

Hi there.  Congrats on the pregnancy!!  Very exciting.  I told most family after the first trimester was over.  I couldn't keep it from my sister though.  I had to tell someone.  I also told a best girlfriend.  But everyone else, I told at 13 weeks.  I told my boss not long after that too.  good luck
