tea?

Before I got pregnant I LOOOVED my tea. I have heard from a few different people that tea while pregnant can be unsafe for the baby, Can cause early labor, etc. Does anyone know any more about this the or if there is any truth to tea being unsafe?

They have a lot of pregnancy teas. And raspberry tea is really good for you, I was told to have it the whole time. And I know others who had it the whole time.  I have never heard raspberry tea to cause labor

Green tea and sleepy time tea are ok to drink. You might want to  drink them hot though. They're disgusting when cold. I put honey and peppermint in mine to help coat my throat and help with bloating. My doc said I don't have to change those.

They might be talking about red raspberry tea ppl use it at the end of pregnancy trying to get things going its not good until ur full term caffeine isnt the best either NO more than 200mg I use lipton cold brew decaf tea always have some in my fridge if u have other teas u wanna drink check with doc or do aome research about the ingredients

Probably cause it has caffiene in it. Caffeine is bad. I haven't had one sip.

I heard camomile tea (can't remember how to spell it I think that's right ha!) Isn't good in early pregnancy because it can cause preterm labor. But around your due date its fine. But that's all I was told. I drink green tea all the time.

I'm a tea drinker cold tea hot tea, herbal tea baby #3 all healthy,  no complications.

I've always drank the brisk lemon flavored tea and the sweet tea from MacDonalds and my baby and I are just fine :)  I'm 28w3d :)))))

I've drank tea throughout my entire pregnancy, sometimes almost daily. Either cold sweet tea or hot tea. I have 5 days left until my due date and my baby is perfectly healthy. Just limit yourself, don't drink too much in one day. Only have like one cup/glass a day

What kind of tea like ice tea or hot tea ? I have always drank crystal light ice tea but since I got pregnant I was told not to drink it be of the artificial sweetners .but my doctor said I could drink it once in a while .

It depends on the tea. I would ask your doctor whats safe and whats not.
