teeth/ gums hurting.

I need help. My teeth and gums hurt ridiculously bad and i have no idea whats safe to use.

I agree with one of the above users. Schedule an appointment with your dentist it might be an infection, are gums become very sensitive during pregnancy

I drink at least a glass of milk a day. I cant have any salt so cant do the salt water. Im in process of finding a dentist that will accept my insurance.

Go to the dentist you might have an infection I did and they had to do a deep clean on my teeth

Google warm salt water or  Listerine drink milk too anything with calcium yogurt cheese and etc . Maybe ya calcium intake is low and they babys take the calcium for youre gums
