Yes pregnancy can cause sensitivity and pain in teeth but that isn't very common and I've never heard of that being anyone's first symptom lol. Take a test if you think you're pregnant but if all you have is bad pain in your teeth I'd say no you're not pregnant. You probably have a bad cavity so get in to the dentist.
I will say that when I was pregnant, I had issues with things like gagging when I brushed my teeth especially at the end of my pregnancy. I gagged so easily! I had tried to get my teeth cleaned on the regular schedule I did okay at the first one early in my pregnancy but the second one toward the end was a disaster. I gagged the whole way and they didn't clean them. They told me that the rinses that they make are really great to use if brushing causes a woman who is pregnant any issues.
So, I'm not sure if sensitive teeth is a sign of pregnancy although I think I felt things more acutely when I was pregnant.
Let us know if there is anything else we can do here. I think it is great the med help offers a place for a young woman to ask questions pertaining to a possible pregnancy. good luck sweetie
