throwing up blood

I 17 weeks and haven't been able to really keep anything down the last 3 days. I had my 3 hour glucose test today but the sent me home because I looked like ****. I threw up 3 times at the clinic so I went straight to the ER because I knew I was dehydrated. I keep zip lock bags on me in case I lose it and the last time before the ER was dark red/brown and tasted like blood so I brought it with me to the ER. They tested it said no blood. I was released around 3 and I've felt better until the last half hour I started feeling a little nausea. I just spit and there was blood. Anything similar happen to anyone else? I have an appointment with my OB on the 25th but should I be doing something about this?

If you're not eating and just throwing up bile get a liquid antacid and sip on it before you feel like you're going to throw up
To neutralize the acid before it hits your esophagus
I was throwing up 50 times a day your throat is so sore it feels like you swallowed razor blades

You can break capillaries in your throat from excessive vomiting but if the doctor says there's no blood in your vomit then it's just your imagination maybe you ate or drank something red

No worries, some womens gum bleed during pregnancy especially if you've been throwing up it irritates your gums and can cause you to bleed, I was sick my whole first trimester and spit up blood sometimes,  it def happens if all your vomiting is stomach acid
