tingly hands and tongue

Do u ladies ever get tingling hands or fingertips?? I just recently noticed it.. idk what to think of it. I read that its normal but idk. I feel alone on this. And the tingly or numb tongue only happens after I eat and only sometimes. Did I suddenlt become allergic to something?? It goes away a few minutes after I eat.

A symptom of low calcium levels is tingling around the mouth, fingers, and toes. But yeah, ask your doctor
