Ab work out, cardio, and diet.
Breast feed it burns loads of calories and helps flat en out your tummy :)
Breastfeeding does help with getting back to original or close to original weight. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy and breastfed and got back to my original weight within 3 weeks of delivering and now my body looks better than it did before I got pregnant (7 weeks postpartum). I found that (when you are healed and feeling up to it) I danced, did a lot of crunches/sit ups/ ab work outs. Also eating healthy.
