tmi but serious question

So I am being treated for a uti . This morning I have been horribly sick with diarrhea and been extremely nauseated. The information for my medicine I was prescribed says if I develop persistent diarrhea to call my doctor immediately. I've had to twice in the last 20 mins but Idk if I should call her just yet?? Opinions please

This is my second uti  since I've been pregnant the first time I didn't have this problem. But just couldn't go pee when i felt like I really had to

Its normal to get it at first cuz its cleaning everything out I had it when I took it when I had a uti. If u keep having it til tonight or tomorrow then I would be concerned just make sure u drink a lot of water

That's a pretty common side effect with any antibiotic. I've been battling uti's basically this whole pregnancy :/ but its good to stay away from foods high in sugar, and seriously up your fluid intake. Hope this helps :)

If it says persistant i would believe it not to be a prob yet but if it does not clear up soon would call doc.
