I was fine through out the day, I haven't eaten anything to cause me really bad gas. As I laid down I suddenly had horrible pain in my abdominal area. Like it was bad. I wanted to cry. I did pelvic lifts and I even tried to move baby around to let some of the gas through. It probably took me about a couple minutes. I moved to my left side and right and I wanted to cry cause of the pain. It finally went away, and it happened again right now. Wondering if anyone has anytype of advice to make this less painful. It honestly feels like trapped wind but I've never had this much pain before.
