How bad is tuna for you while your pregnant? My honey made tuna casserole for dinner and I ate a plate of it. Should I be concerned??!!
i think its silly the list of things you arent allowed to eat these days. so long as you eat most things in koderation i wouldnt fuss too much. women have managed to have healthy babies for generations without such information and year after year views change. your suddenly allowed to have something you once wasnt!
