Aklaya tiramisu is my absolute favorite dessert and I make it all the time that's the only way I know lol... Before I started making it at home I never realized it was all raw

You're fine! Baby will.be fine. Call your doctor to.ease your mind. The baby won't be affected by alcohol at one time.

If it was at a restaurant you'll be fine. they always use pasteurized products and most of the mascarpone you buy at the grocery store is too.

Also if you didn't taste the alcohol then there probably wasn't enough to cause any harm. Most places only use the smallest amount of alcohol its the homemade stuff you need to worry about because some people love to load alcohol into their desserts.

Tiramisu isnt cooked at all so you do need to be extra careful. Alcohol wouldn't cook out because its not heated at all, it contains raw eggs (if they are pasteurized its okay) and the mascarpone cheese needs to be pasteurized as well.
