uninsured and 8 weeks pregnant!

So, my social worker hasn't started on my case yet for health insurance and its been about 3 weeks, luckily I switched to another county and hopefully I will hear something soon. BUT I am in my 8th week, and I really just want to see a doctor to make sure everything is okay, what should I do??

Whatever insurance you choose to apply for, media caid or media cal, whichever you qualify for.

Well I applied for medicaid, and I'm a little worried about applying for something else if I get approved (which I'm sure I will) ya know?

You should apply for media cal yourself. You shouldn't need someone to do it for you & while your waiting to be approved for medi cal go see a Dr that accepts medi cal and have them bill you, once you get approved for medi cal call them and have them take care of your bill. They usually pay for your bills like up to two months before you got approved.
