Try drinking fingernails, and eating saltines. My first pregnancy that helped me so much, maybe you should try it. But deffinetly no pepto

Pretty sure you're not supposed to take pepto, second pregnancy and neither one of my doctors ever said it was okay

Pepto doesn't work if there's nothing in your stomach. You need to eat something first for it to actually help, not on an empty stomach- which kind of ruined the point of taking it for me- I just throw it back up. Just power through it and try small snacks. I have crackers, my sister in law would eat handfuls of cereal. Do what you can to get by. It *****, but will ease up eventually. Remember, being able to keep down anything is a victory at this point. It gets better.
