Between throwing up even... Drink water. Water water water lots of water. And keep saltine crackers next to your bed so you can eat before you even have to move. I was so sick in the beginning I didn't eat for two almost three weeks... It was bad. My doc told me I had one more day to eat otherwise it was hospital time for me...

^ what she said. Lots and lots of water. The most soothing water for me is nestle sparkling lime water. I've heard carbonated beverages soothe. I ate nothing but soups for almost 2 months cuz ya, throwing up chunks of food is awful. Horrible ha. Rest lots, when I was too active it made nausea worse. Get out of bed slow, nibble on crackers or something before getting up. Take it easy. It gets better!

There's not really much you can do on days like that .. you just need to relax your body . Usually days like that for me I try to just eat soups and broths because everything that goes in my belly just come right up , throwing up liquids is a million times better than throwing up chunks of food . Lol . I just wait the day out cause there isn't much that could be done ..
