Why dont you just call your drs office or the weekend on call dr and have then send yoh a prescription to your pharmacy? A uti can turn into a kidney infection in a matter of hours and after that if left untreated long enough can become an infection in the blood that causes miscarriages. Utis are no joke and cranberry juice is no guarantee to help.

Don't worry. Uti is very common during pregnancy.  It will not harm your baby unless you leave it untreated because it can progress to kidney infection. I would recommend you to drink cranberry without apples and sugar, which is more acidic

Try to drink cranberry juice as much as possible, it may help. Acidity of cranberry can kill that bacteria in bladder on early stages
