Mine didn't. My urine was tested only two or maybe three times throughout my entire 40w pregnancy with my son. I was low-risk, my blood pressure stayed low and I never showed any s/s of infection, and evidence-based practice didn't support all that excessive testing in the absence of symptoms (I had I believe two blood tests including GD). Different practices have different policies but it isn't absolutely necessary to check urine every time.

Yup most likely every single time yu go you'll have to.  And cause I pee right when I wake up and my app is always mornings I drink water or milk on the way.  They do it for infections (uti) your protein and sugar levels.  Nothing serious.  Just making sure everything is normal
