uti and thrush

I keep getting UTI  then thrush from the antibiotics. I have been in pain a lot and can't sleep as I feel that I am going to wet myself.  I'm 17 week how do I deal with this

Are you drinking a lot of water? Also cranberry juice to help flush you out. It doesn't cure the bladder infection but supposed to help prevent them. Stay away from caffeine. Uti are so miserable :( hope it gets better
