vaginal birth& c-section

I would like to hear what birthing route you mommies out there took or is planning to take? If you are not a first time mom please do share your experience and how everything went for you. Who did you have in your room and what did you pack for the hospital?

I had both, the recovery from the c section was bad! It took at least 4 weeks for me to even walk normal.  I didn't take the pain killers because I was nursing. The natural birth was awesome! I would have felt normal 3 days after but those stitches were a pain.

I had a emergency c section but my recovery was good. I stop hurting till i left the hospital. Dont get me wrong, you can't do heavy lifting  ( i still did it but not a lot of it ) but you got to keep moving after the surgery.

If medically my body says the same it will be vaginal. I don't want them cutting me if they don't have too. I want to be able to move around without help and resume back to normal activities as quickly as possible.

I had my son vaginal. There are a lot of heath benefits for mom and baby doing it that way. I plan on doing it again. I don't think my physician would do a C section without a medical reason its considered major surgery.
