I'm 6 weeks is it okay to use vapor rub
Yes. I used vapor rub when I had to cook, so the smells wouldnt make me yack. It was a life saver around 10 weeks during thanksgiving.
Vapo rub is fine, even if you slather it on. You can also use cough drops, and honey is a natural cough syrup. Sorry you're feeling poorly, pregnancy sickness is the worst.
I used it when i was sick it was the only thing that helped me sleep..it was a life saver LOL
What a coincidence, I'm sick & asked my Dr yesterday about vicks. She said its okay. If you're worried about it just ask your drs office. I've been using it minimally.
